I lost track of how many times my car wasn’t ready when I arrived or it wasn’t washed because they were just too busy or getting ready to close. Even banks stay open a little after closing to help out someone running late. Not here. Then you get the auto text from the service rep saying “we want you to have the best experience,,,please contact me if you’re not satisfied.” Think I ever received a response? Nope. How hard is it to return a text nowadays? I’ve spent way too much money and time at the Ft Wash dealer to continue to be treated like Im bothering the staff. Where’s my vip treatment? Some easy items were missed! Front right and back left tires were at 39-not 26. Blinkers did not work properly. Needed repair-done locally in NJ to pass MV inspection. I feel for a professional MB dealership, this car should have been gone through like stated when purchased a few days prior off used lot, but not truly completed! Was it?.
