When I dropped it off, the advisor pulled up my maintenance records I got a recall notice for the driver side airbag, and scheduled a session for it. When I dropped it off, the advisor pulled up my maintenance records and suggested that I could get the state inspection done at the same visit, a month early, so I wouldn’t have to return the next month for the inspection. I opted to do that. I still had my camper back in two hours! More

I lost track of how many times my car wasn’t ready when I arrived or it wasn’t washed because they were just too busy or getting ready to close. Even banks stay open a little after closing to help out someone running late. Not here. Then you get the auto text from the service rep saying “we want you to have the best experience,,,please contact me if you’re not satisfied.” Think I ever received a response? Nope. How hard is it to return a text nowadays? I’ve spent way too much money and time at the Ft Wash dealer to continue to be treated like Im bothering the staff. Where’s my vip treatment?
