couldn't have loaner car. I was promised a loaner car but when I arrived at my appointment time there were no cars available. It was like a zoo. Employees are kind but always seems to be some sort of issue I usually bring my car to Devon Mercedes; however, due to proximity of this dealership to my home I chose Fort Washington 2 times. However, both times I usually bring my car to Devon Mercedes; however, due to proximity of this dealership to my home I chose Fort Washington 2 times. However, both times I have chosen Fort Washington there has been an issue. First experience, I dropped my car off because I had a flat tire. I was told it would be ready by the evening. When I called later in the day to see if my car was ready I was told they "forgot" to bring it in to service the tire. I understand mistakes happen. I was then charged the full amount for my tire when it clearly states in my chart that I have prepaid for tire protection. The second experience at Fort Washington, I went to pick up my car and they couldnt find my paperwork/service manager for almost 30 minutes. I eventually left with my car. 3 days later I received a bill when I was told my card would be run the day I picked up my car. I was also contacted and told my car was ready. I told the service advisor I had picked up my car 3 days ago. Again, all of these mistakes are very concerning. More
