However, after drove back the leaking was found still there. Had to come back for the third time to get the leak fixed. More

Employees are kind but always seems to be some sort of issue I usually bring my car to Devon Mercedes; however, due to proximity of this dealership to my home I chose Fort Washington 2 times. However, both times I usually bring my car to Devon Mercedes; however, due to proximity of this dealership to my home I chose Fort Washington 2 times. However, both times I have chosen Fort Washington there has been an issue. First experience, I dropped my car off because I had a flat tire. I was told it would be ready by the evening. When I called later in the day to see if my car was ready I was told they "forgot" to bring it in to service the tire. I understand mistakes happen. I was then charged the full amount for my tire when it clearly states in my chart that I have prepaid for tire protection. The second experience at Fort Washington, I went to pick up my car and they couldnt find my paperwork/service manager for almost 30 minutes. I eventually left with my car. 3 days later I received a bill when I was told my card would be run the day I picked up my car. I was also contacted and told my car was ready. I told the service advisor I had picked up my car 3 days ago. Again, all of these mistakes are very concerning. More
