Michael was excellent and the rental department was just as I normally would go to Keenan Mercedes but Fort Washington have stepped up in the service department. Got the job done from far away My car was experiencing a problem and I took it to Fort Washington. The service people were very helpful very forthcoming and very accommodating to coordinate things three ways between her getting the car there and getting the loaner and me getting the money and Mercedes in repairing the car More
see below I will try to summarize. Made appointment two weeks in advance for a recall. Got there and your service department did not have the parts. Huh?? Bu I will try to summarize. But was told they would be ordered and that there were two other outstanding prior recalls that I did not know about. So left the car for the work on the other two recalls. Got loaner with no gas so had to buy gas to get home. When got the car back the driver side safety belt extender did not work albiet it worked before I took the car in. I told your service department this by phone and email immediately. I was told it would be looked at when I returned for the recall I first went there for. Returned car after recall part gotten and recall done but was told that the extender was not your fault. Interesting coincidence. Worked when I took car in, car got worked on, did not work when I drove away. Also repeatedly told service department to correct my records on its computer. Nevertheless that was never done. On the invoice I got for the recalls it still lists some phone numbers that are not mine. Bad communications. More

Redemption I’ve been going to Ft Wash dealership for every service (except one at Cherry Hill and will never go back there), since purchasing car several years a I’ve been going to Ft Wash dealership for every service (except one at Cherry Hill and will never go back there), since purchasing car several years ago. The last service was the only time I was not happy and this time Joanne did a fantastic job doing service recovery. In my last review I stated I had to wait several weeks for a loaner, this time it was only a few days. I had quite a few items on my recommended list and she helped me decide which we’re in my best interest. I was kept up to date on progress and service was completed in a timely manner. Thanks Joanne!
