Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier I was not a client of Fort Washington Mercedes Benz but I stop in for their Express Service to change a headlamp. They immediately treated me like fam I was not a client of Fort Washington Mercedes Benz but I stop in for their Express Service to change a headlamp. They immediately treated me like family and told me I’d be finished in 15 minutes. My car was serviced, washed and I was pulling out of the dealership 12 minutes later. I couldn’t be happier and I will no longer use any other dealership for sales or service. More

second summit to fix my car First attempt to fix my car didn't go so well. The car ended up finding and driving worse than it had before I took it in for service. The check engine light came back on within 4 days of having it back. They didn't even address one issue I had raised on the first 'repair'. The car I got for a loaner for several days had soiled seats with lots of leaves in the trunk. The windshield was not a mercedes brand therefore when it rained, there was no automatic sensor for the windshield wiper speed. My lease is up in a few months. You'd think they'd loan me a car to entice me into a nice newer car or at least one that functions equally as well as the one I have. I doubt i'm going to stay with mercedes for my next car. More
