I was treated very well in person I would say I was treated better in the dealership than I was over the phone. Unfortunately, while driving home from work, I recently had 2 tires blow out at the same time (giant Philly pothole!). I was tired, to say the least, when I got to the MB service center but Paul Forsyth processed my claim quickly and sent me on my way with a loaner car. After an awful situation, I was on my way home in no time. Paul is a great service agent and representative for MB. He is really able to anticipate customer needs and does what he can to help in any situation. More
