Bought the car in for an inspection and an oil change. They did the inspection, forgot the oil change. Spent the entire day trying to sell me services i did not need. Then they broke the rear wiper whe They did the inspection, forgot the oil change. Spent the entire day trying to sell me services i did not need. Then they broke the rear wiper when they washed the car. All in all it took three trips to the dealeship for a simple service. More
