I used the Express service option on Tuesday to get a left headlight replaced. Upon return home less than 30 minutes later I noticed a large pool of washer fluid on the garage floor. This reservoir had left headlight replaced. Upon return home less than 30 minutes later I noticed a large pool of washer fluid on the garage floor. This reservoir had never leaked previously. I think that your tech cracked the reservoir while replacing the headlight. I returned to the dealership today and was quoted ~$500 to replace the cracked reservoir. I do not accept the coincidence of having the headlight replaced and then finding out that I have a cracked washer fluid holder 30 minutes later. Your shop broke it; you should fix it. I view the pitch to sell me a replacement reservoir as attempted fraud and will discuss this with the Mercedes regional office. More
