Service was done in a timely manner and the service managers were very professional and prompt. I was surprised they didn’t wash my car. I assumed that would be included. They do a good job. But waiting an hour and half or two hours for an oil change is asking a lot. When I call for an appt, they tell me I don't need an appointment to "co But waiting an hour and half or two hours for an oil change is asking a lot.
