They kept my vehicle to long after CarShield had provided the parts. They also did something to the cage, it doesn't open or close by itself anymore. Dishonest, overcharging, blood xxxxxxx…. cheater! I won’t go there again! They told me that I have to fix the car with them in order to fix my sunroof with the insurance, it was a complet cheater! I won’t go there again! They told me that I have to fix the car with them in order to fix my sunroof with the insurance, it was a complete lie, they know before that my sunroof won’t be cover by my insurance but mislead me to believe so. And when I wanted to not fix the car with then, they said they will charge me most of my insurance money to “put back” the parts together, lier!!! In the end I had to pay 1700 for collision and 2600 for my sunroof. A week job that to them a month to give me the car back. I had spent over 1500 on rent a car! Disgraceful! And on top of all that my roof isn’t working probably, it stutters a lot. Why!!!!! More
