Mike Hardin was absolutely amazing. We brought our car in for collision repairs and he was super attentive, friendly and kept us updated from the beginning to the end. My experience with Derick the service manager at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington was outstanding especially after having been taken advantage of by another Mercedes Benz dealership in Cherry Hill N Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington was outstanding especially after having been taken advantage of by another Mercedes Benz dealership in Cherry Hill New Jersey, there, I was charged over $6k in repairs and never actually received the service I paid for. I was livid and had lost all faith in Mercedes Benz as a brand until I visited Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington.
