Assistant service manager made up phony repair estimated at $7,000 that wasn't needed and that lead to mistakenly buying a new car instead which shouldn't have been bought there....crooked. Worst service EVER! I bought my car off my lease. Had to take the car in 3 times for a recall. The service team called me and told me that the car would be ready on Mo I bought my car off my lease. Had to take the car in 3 times for a recall. The service team called me and told me that the car would be ready on Monday. I got to the dealer and the final inspection was not completed. I had to wait another hour and a half. When the vehicle was finished and the paperwork was completed to purchase the car, the rep pulled up a car that was not cleaned inside. Great look for a car I just payed over $40,000 to purchase. Worst customer service ever More
