my experience this time was a little less joyful than all my previous. When my vehicle was finished, no one called me to say it was done. So, at 2pm I drove to dealership; ( vehicle was left at 7:15am) a my previous. When my vehicle was finished, no one called me to say it was done. So, at 2pm I drove to dealership; ( vehicle was left at 7:15am) and found out car was done awhile ago and down on Commerce Drive and no summer interns available to retrieve it. After waiting 1/2 hour, Todd, service advisor, had to go down and get it. Then, after waiting for 45 minutes to pay the bill, which was not prepared yet, Todd graciously told me to take car and go home since I had been there at that point , one and one-half hours, AFTER THE CAR was done, he would call me with bill and I could pay on line. I am sure it will be better next visit since Derek Witmer is an excellent manager. Probably just a super busy day to bring my car in. The quality of the service work is always outstanding and staff if professional and courteous at all times. I will always have my vehicle serviced here. More
