Brought car in for inspection. which I'm told is an Express service. I Checked in abd Went to waiting lounge. The person who checked me in at the service desk walked past me at le which I'm told is an Express service. I Checked in abd Went to waiting lounge. The person who checked me in at the service desk walked past me at least 2 time while I was in the waiting area. 3 hours later, I went the service desk and spoke with another person. as the person who checked me in was waiting on others..... Conclusion, they didn't even pull my car back into the garage yet and the person who checked me in "didn't know I was waiting...." I had to get a loaner so I could get to a work meeting......Then had to make a trip back another day when My car was finished to retrieve my car.....It created extra trips to the dealer. Poor communication. More

Collision service was very thorough, excellent communication throughout the two month process. Also completed routine service while they had the car. This is my sixth Mercedes’ from this dealers communication throughout the two month process. Also completed routine service while they had the car.
