Mixed experience at the dealership. My car was in an accident on 1/19.Took my vehicle into dealership on 1/24 to get repaired. Told that car would be ready 2/14.Went to pick up my vehic My car was in an accident on 1/19.Took my vehicle into dealership on 1/24 to get repaired. Told that car would be ready 2/14.Went to pick up my vehicle, then told car not ready.No head up. Had to leave country on a family emergency, my Mum died.Spoke to rental company Enterprise based at dealership to let them know I had a family emergency. Told no problem. return car when you are are back. We understand. Yesterday received a bill for over $1000 for extra days outside country and car was not even used..So much for understanding. Alex at the dealership ( works in the crash department) was nice. More

Very rude staff, disregarded my wife’s questions, and didn’t provide an accurate assessment of vehicle. Said they took apart the car to see what was going on with the heat, but when I looked at it after didn’t provide an accurate assessment of vehicle. They also failed to recognize the low coolant levels when I specifically asked them to investigate it. Terrible service overall. Have suffered long term damage to my vehicle because of this dealer’s lack of care and attention. More
