I want to like this dealership, but honestly I have had better service at my company car Volkswagen dealer. Joanne and Jasmine were very nice and accommodating and good to deal with. But with that being sa better service at my company car Volkswagen dealer. Joanne and Jasmine were very nice and accommodating and good to deal with. But with that being said, I would expect more from a Mercedes dealership. For instance, they performed a complimentary inspection of commons items that may be an issue, but didn’t receive any results. Another thing, I know this is a small thing, but even Volkswagen washes my car before giving it back to me, Mercedes didn’t. Again, Joanne and Jasmine were nice and were great to deal with, just the other things I mentioned, I would expect more. More

Satisfied with the service but they do not wash or vacuum your car before returning it. Last time I had body work done and since it had rained the night before my car was wet when I picked it up. The technician did a great job on getting the necessary works done on my car, and everything is returned in working condition. The issue I have with this dealer is communication. My car was there for ove works done on my car, and everything is returned in working condition. The issue I have with this dealer is communication. My car was there for over a month (due to holiday and part shortage, which is understandable), and during the entire time, I only received 1 phone call on status (after I left a voicemail about 10 days into it). At around 1 month mark, I tried calling (left a voicemail), texting, and emailing to check on the car status, and receive no communication back. I was only notified by automated email and text that my car is ready to pick up after another 2 weeks from the last contact attempts. More
