I brought my sprinter van in for service work and was told that it would take two to three weeks for turnaround time to receive it back. Susan Hayes service manager had my van back to in one week. I cannot thank her enough for the fast response and turnaround time on my vehicle. My work van is critical tool for my small business. It was nice that the service center made it a priority to get it back to me. More
