I was immediately greeted when I entered and although I didn't have an appointment, I was quickly introduced to a sales representative. I told him what vehicle I was looking for but he wasn't sure they had didn't have an appointment, I was quickly introduced to a sales representative. The test drive was thorough and I made an offer. The obligatory back and forth ensued and I went to grab lunch. A couple of hours later the sales representative and sales manager called me back with a generous counter offer and I drove back to pick up my new car. More
Wheels I first arrived, believe me I was not optimistic about getting a car. Hazem took his time with me, reassured me that I would be making the right decision and got me into a car that I absolutely love about getting a car. The lot workers use the car alarms to find every car they need to go get, starting at 7am even though there's a hotel across the street. We were awakened and couldn't get back to sleep with a car alarm going need to go get, starting at 7am even though there's a hotel across the street. I would not patronize this dealership - if that's the amount of consideration they have for their neighbors, how well are they going to treat you when you have an issue? More
I visited this dealership a couple of times, the last one to address a recall issue with my 2022 GLC 300. The appointment was easy to set up. I deal with a superb customer care service assistant, JC. As far as I'm concerned, he should be running the dept. When I come in its like visiting family. I sit down, talk to him about the GLC and its few quirks. We trade notes on car care and other automotive topics. I have owned several BMW's, a previous MB C280 and have worked on my cars myself, so I am extremely knowledgeable about German engineered cars. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is a true facilitator, a customer advocate. The dealership is bright, plenty of space to sit and relax. Free gourmet coffee, can't complain. They even have a camera feed from the repair area. Its spotless, you can literally eat off of the floor! Know I know why I bought an MB product, it's about the complete MB experience. Great dealership. Wow, I can't wait to come in for my next service appointment! More
My last two service experiences have not been good. Most recent one returned the car to me with a new problem that was not there before, forcing me to turn around and return the car after driving loane Most recent one returned the car to me with a new problem that was not there before, forcing me to turn around and return the car after driving loaner for almost two weeks. Plus original problems not fully addressed. Feels like they don’t know how to fix the car. Also the loaner drop off experience remains extremely unsatisfactory. I pull into the service bay and am basically ignored. None of these problems is new. Considering switching brands at this point. More
