Scheduled an appointment online and in the description section outlined the problem I was having with my S class Mercedes. Traveled one hour with a person following me in a separate car. Matt described the issues I was having several times because it concerns safety with respect to my passengers in the backseat.( Seatbelts were not working.) Came back two days later, again, with a separate person in tow to find out the problem with the car was not even addressed, because Matt had not known what the problem was.?????!. He told me there was a misunderstanding. I told him there was no misunderstanding that I had explained the problem to him five different ways, because it involved safety to my passengers, and that I also made a physical description in the comment section when I scheduled the vehicle.. When I left I found my $115,000 car in the parking lot, it was parked so close to a cement wall that I actually damaged the car trying to get into it. Drove One hour back to my home with Someone following me feeling like the biggest fool in the world.. Great experience . thank you More
