The service is wonderful. But the waiting room and comfort of that area is not up to Mercedes standards. There needs to be a NO CELL PHONE usage area ( many people are very inconsiderate of their volume). It was a chilly day so being outside was not acceptable. If I buy another Mercedes it will probably be at another dealer. Mike Lawson was my contact person and is very good. He kept me apprised of status. Mike doesn’t seem to get ruffled even when very busy. He is always kind. More
