A longtime Mercedes owner, I was shopping for my next car. I visited other local dealers and decided to visit Estate Motors. I was not sure if I was going to buy a new or pre-owned car. From the beginning, I never felt that my indecision was something they were unwilling to resolve. Everyone was very attentive and helpful in my decision making. I never felt pressured. Of course the purchase of a car is a significant sale but some dealers make you feel it is not as special as it should be. Dan Perlini, Anthony Anzalone, and Bob Binette were extremely personable and professional. The experience was enjoyable and easy. A good deal is when all parties walk away satisfied and this was a good deal. I now have a beautiful car that is the right fit for me and it was achieved with the patience and expertise of the Estate Motors sales team. I would not hesitate recommending the dealership and especially Dan to any of my friends or associates. More

Please allow me to be brief and to the point, after all, buying a car should be just that - brief and to the point. I found my CPO 2011 e350 4MATIC on the Benz site, called the dealership, spoke to Bob Bine buying a car should be just that - brief and to the point. I found my CPO 2011 e350 4MATIC on the Benz site, called the dealership, spoke to Bob Binette (funny guy - not "funny" in a bad way - he's personality++) who gave me a fair price on my trade in and then set me up to go see him. Unfortunately when I went in Bob wasn't working but from the moment I set foot in the showroom it was evident that this is a dealership who is super focused on customer service...I was greeted by Bob Federico who introduced me to George Rodriguez who took me for a test drive. In the effort of being brief & to the point, as mentioned previously, I will only say that dealing with George was as pleasant of an experience as one could ever imagine when going car shopping - knowledgeable, caring, informative, etc. A true professional. Also to note, Anthony Anzalone is their Finance rep and, very much in line with the overall flavor of this dealership, another awesome experience mirroring the professionalism and excellent customer service skills experienced already under the Estate Motors umbrella. Would I recommend using this dealership? I'll answer it in the following way: not only would I recommend but I will contact them exclusively next time I'm buying a Benz. Adria has worked with at least 4 of my family members in the past and even though Estate Motors is over 50 miles from my home I decided to give it a try. Adria was sweet and willing to do the research to find the car with the options I specifically wanted. After about a week she found the perfect car with a great lease price to boot.
