We don’t look forward to them; and when we set out to accomplish them, we do so with a lack of enthusiasm; only wishing for a quick resolution-nothing more. This is not the case when it comes to my experience with Park Place Mercedes-Grapevine and its stellar staff-from Russ Amsden to the service personnel. First, without question, the quality of product is important. We have never been dissatisfied with the Mercedes brand; and Park Place was able to help me obtain exactly what I wanted. Park Place Grapevine is a magnificent representative for the Mercedes label. Also, the facilities and staff complement each other. The showroom, customer service, waiting and tech areas are comfortable and accessible. Put all these together, and this makes any visit to Park Place a pleasure instead of a task of tedium and boredom. Most importantly, the people at Park Place go beyond the norm in the car-buying experience. The staff was knowledgeable, sincere, patient, genuinely kind and respectful on all levels in dealing with me and my husband on both of our recent purchases . Park Place is not simply looking for a resolution to a sale, but a lasting commitment built on shared affection, loyalty and benevolence. This is what we always seek in those in whom we hope to place our trust. And this is what we have found in our sales representative, Mr. Russ Amsden. His care for me, my situation, my well-being and my satisfaction with my purchase cannot be overstated. He kept me informed, at ease and put me first before the purchase. You can’t fake this. Park Place would do well to remember how important Russ is to the reputation and quality of service at Park Place. My husband and I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and dedication to service that is given by Russ. This is our third purchase working with Russ and he will continue to bring us back. We will always place our trust in Park Place Mercedes because we know we can trust Russ. Thank you for such care and concern; for so much more than just a car. We can get a car anywhere.
