My initial intent was to look at the 2014 CLA to give my opinion of the car to a friend who has plans of purchasing one. I expressed to Darrin that was all I wanted to do unless he planned to pay off my existing loan, provide me another vehicle in red and I walk away with no money down there was nothing he could do for me. I wanted another Benz, my husband wanted a Lexus (better customer satisfaction and fewer repairs), and when he went in to test drive the ML350 Russ was outstanding in presenting the superior qualities of the new model. Russ was extremely helpful in explaining to me the new bells and whistles (that my older vehicle did not have), scheduling the detailing, and answering questions. I would highly recommend Russ, and Park Place, and love my new Benz. More

I met John Baskin who's no pressure sales approach was refreshing and put me right at ease. He answered several questions I had, and provided me with some knowledge I was unaware of that pertained to my decision making process. I was invited to test drive a couple of cars, but I declined because I was not ready to purchase. John offered his card and invited me back to test drive whatever I wanted when I was ready. I will certainly take him up on his offer. My husband bought his brand new Mercedes Benz at Park Place and I will buy mine there because of the attention to service before, during and most importantly after the sale.
