We ordered a new GLE 4Matic last November from MB of Grapevine. The car arrived in February 2022 with all the options we ordered, no errors just like we wanted, We were aware of the time it was going to Grapevine. The car arrived in February 2022 with all the options we ordered, no errors just like we wanted, We were aware of the time it was going to take for manufacturing and delivery. It was beautiful inside and out and within the time frame we were promised. Bria Harrison helped us during all the purchase process, even with financing.I liked how they do it, the sales person was the only contact we had, as opposed to having to deal with the finance manager separately. She was clear and straight forward since the beginning with the cost of options and the final price of the car was what we were expecting. No hidden fees or any tricks to get more money from us. Additional service options and warranties from the dealership were offered to us but no pressure, or intimidating stories at all. We answered yes or no to those and that was it. In summary, it was a very positive experience to buy from them. It is the first MB in our family so now all we need is the car to be reliable so we can keep it and enjoy it for many years. More
