I brought my vehicle in for servicing, but when I got it back, it had lower body damage. Upon contacting the service manager, Spencer Kaplan, he immediately denied responsibility without even examining the back, it had lower body damage. Upon contacting the service manager, Spencer Kaplan, he immediately denied responsibility without even examining the damage and even had the audacity to offer to repair the damages at a lower cost than their usual charge. Initially, I suspected the damage occurred while being racked prior to being worked on, but after insisting he inspect it, Kaplan claimed it was from hitting a curb. Kaplan denied having video evidence of that side of my vehicle upon pickup, and he continues to deny responsibility. As a Mercedes owner for over a decade and having purchased three Mercedes vehicles, this has been my worst experience with a Mercedes dealership! I strongly advise capturing pictures and a 360-degree video of your vehicle before leaving it for service at this location. More

I had a check engine light come on in the 2017 Sprinter chassis of my RV, and all I wanted to know was what condition caused the light, and possibly change the rear turn signal since it was flashing quickl chassis of my RV, and all I wanted to know was what condition caused the light, and possibly change the rear turn signal since it was flashing quickly. I made an appointment for 10 a.m. and arrived at 9:55. Chad Bartel was in charge of my vehicle. He immediately told me the turn signal is the responsibility of Winnebago and not Mercedes, and I was fine with that. Chad also told me it would be about two hours. Fine, I'll wait. Four hours later, with no contact from Chad, who I could not find, the cashier was able to contact him and tell me that my vehicle was still being diagnosed. It was at this point where I went back to a different waiting room with videos of the repair bays, and I found my RV. Soon I noticed the emergency flashers were on. If this was to check the fast turn signal I'm not sure why it was done since the turn signal is not their responsibility. Finally, after five and a half hours I get a text with over $4000 worth of service suggestions. All I wanted to know was what caused the check engine light. The other services were normal maintenance issues that would be taken care of at the next service of the vehicle. Then it took over 30 minutes to get the vehicle into my hands. Time recorded from when I watched it back out of the service bay. It has now been over SIX hours to determine the check engine light. Chad offers no words of apology, just a bill for $280. I gave him a flyer for 15% off and told him about the $200 credit I have from the last time Henderson Mercedes screwed me over back in March. Of course Chad could find no record of the $200. So he did the only proper thing of the day and charged me nothing. Why is it every time I leave a Mercedes service department, Henderson, Santa Fe, Milwaukee, I leave disappointed. Not to worry, this will be the LAST time I visit Henderson Mercedes. I attempted to leave a review on their website, but since last November its not possible. I wonder why? More

Richard Fiumara provided the absolute best service, as he helped my wife and I find a vehicle that we will truly be happy with. I am 73 years old and over the years, I cannot count all the experiences we have had buying a new car. Maybe it is just me, but buying a new car has always been one of the most dreaded things I have had to do. I detest high pressure, sales tactics, and after buying each new car have always left believing I could have done better. This was definitely not the case with Rick. Our guard was up, after finding what we wanted online and after a number of very cordial telephone conversations with Rick, we were set to visit him. My wife and I are very low tech. Rather than being forced to pay for and accept upgrades we will never use, we asked Rick to help us build a vehicle. We were willing to wait up to the 6 months, Rick said it may take, to build an SUV, as long as it was the right vehicle for us. Rick was a breath of fresh air. During our appointment, we decided just to glance at a few vehicles in the Henderson lot. During our tour, Rick rehashed the things we told him we were looking for. He remembered every detail to a “T.” Together, my wife and I came across an SUV that seemed perfect for us. Rick was the opposite of a high pressure salesperson and more like a friend who was helping us define our requirement and match our wishes to something that would fit us. He did an amazing job, not only making us feel comfortable, but explaining every feature of the vehicle we found on the lot. In short order, Rick made my wife and I realize the SUV we had come across was exactly what we needed at the price we were willing to pay. We thank Rick for a truly, once in a lifetime experience. We left with our dream car and an experience that we will remember for a very long time, thanks to Rick’s patience, and comprehensive knowledge of every facet of our new car. More
