The shuttle service was terrible and unprofessional. I signed in and waited my turn for the shuttle. I was told my destination would inconvenience the next person waiting. The employee communicated with one another employee as if I wasn’t standing two feet away and couldn’t understand every word of Spanish. The driver insisted he wasn’t going to take me. I was told the next person waiting in line would have to go first. I refused because I signed in first and was waiting before the next person even arrived. They tried to tell me I need to pick somewhere else besides my destination to use shuttle services. I only needed to go to Jersey Village which is 15 miles. The entire transaction was unprofessional.
