I truly appreciate my service advisor Chris Palumbo, and think he gives great advise and service. Friday after my service I waited 30 minutes for my car, not because the line was long but because the "kids think he gives great advise and service. Finally, an older gentleman came over and straightened things 30 minutes. The lady at the checkout did not answer questions just took the money and gave receipts. I am having trouble with my apple play on my car and asked to see a product spec. He was busy with and your very nice receptionist took my name and number and said he would call this e to set an appointment to look into my issue. Did not hear anything back. If it was not for Chris I would not return to this dealership More
