Service performed: replaced tires, alignment, replaced engine mounts (second time in 170000 miles), replaced driver door handle. Car was pulling to the right, that was corrected, engine vibration was elim engine mounts (second time in 170000 miles), replaced driver door handle. Car was pulling to the right, that was corrected, engine vibration was eliminated by engine mounts, locking system now working as it should. Great job. On the road, the wheel balance to still a little off. Will ask for the balance to be checked. More

I bought my E550 there. It hasn't been a very good car and maintenance has been a nightmare. I recently had a front headlight out. They quoted me $2,100 to fix it. Three months ago I had a new battery installed by someone else. They wanted to replace it for more than $500. When I asked why, they told me the battery was fine but it wasn't a "Mercedes battery". I don't recommend buying a Mercedes and you're just crazy if you go there for maintenance (which it will always need). More
