This was my first time working with Jairo as my service advisor - he was absolutely fantastic! The car was being serviced as a routine maintenance, but the techs found a bigger problem with oil leakage fro advisor - he was absolutely fantastic! The car was being serviced as a routine maintenance, but the techs found a bigger problem with oil leakage from the engine! Jairo was great about explaining to me what the problem was, as well as the solution and cost. He kept me apprised the whole way (and provided the tech's complete maintenance report). A really great experience! More

Service Advisor never got back to me with an estimate on additional repairs that were recommended. Also wanted a State Inspection performed and your equipment was broken…..no follow-up on when Inspection wo additional repairs that were recommended.
