Road trip interrupted by software issues. MB Roadside Assistance said OS update required and made service appointment. Arrived dealership to discover vehicle would not be evaluated for 1-2 days with no estimate as to when service would be performed. No loaner vehicle available and none expected for several days. Took vehicle to Sewell who provided loaner and repaired vehicle overnight allowing me to continue my trip. More
