It took couple of weeks to get the parts and parts were misplaced after they were found the work was shoddy. I took the car back again right away to fix it. This part took a while to get here and the car w misplaced after they were found the work was shoddy. I took the car back again right away to fix it. This part took a while to get here and the car was fixed. It was almost two months from my initial contact by me to fix the problem to the final solution. Rental car was provided to me. Service adviser did his job by keeping me informed but it was a hassle to go back and forth to the dealership amid busy work schedule. The ball was dropped many time during this two month period. Very clean, proficient and professional. The Techs are all First-class, with a great ability to diagnose unique issues that may not come up on the MB-Star system.
