I messed up while changing out my headlight bulbs and had to go to my MB service for help. Ahmed was able to get me in without an appointment. I was expecting a huge bill which was why I tried to fix it myse to go to my MB service for help. Ahmed was able to get me in without an appointment. The price of the bulbs also seemed to be very reasonable. On top of that I also got a free car wash. This service department has been my place of choice to service my car each year since I bought it and will remain so for as long as I own this car. More
I have a bad customer service experience, try to get the windshield replace on hold for 1 hour, spoke to Melany, Christina, they transfer the phone back and forth, and place me on hold....and they act unpro windshield replace on hold for 1 hour, spoke to Melany, Christina, they transfer the phone back and forth, and place me on hold....and they act unprofessional, not helping the customer at all. Christina texted me Ana's name and she stated that Ana was my advisor before so Ana will have to call me back and no one call me. Next day, I called again and Melany told me that I have to wait 2 weeks just to see the advisor, I Just need to replace the windshield, and to be honest, I don't care who is advisor, as long as they repair my car. I am very disappointed with their service. They're not qualify to work as Mercedes dealer at all. You really need to fix this matter More
