I’m appreciative of MB North they always take the best care of me & my vehicle. The only thing that bothers me is my vehicle was given to me without one drop of windshield washer fluid. And I mean not one care of me & my vehicle. The only thing that bothers me is my vehicle was given to me without one drop of windshield washer fluid. And I mean not one drop, which is quite ironic because when I dropped it off it definitely had fluid in the reservoir. Not too happy about that. More

When you drop your vehicle for repairs, make sure you take photos as they caused more damage beyond what you went for - they sneaked in dealership caused defective parts into your vehicle which was not m take photos as they caused more damage beyond what you went for - they sneaked in dealership caused defective parts into your vehicle which was not mentioned when picking up the vehicle - upon walking around the vehicle, I noticed paints on my headlamp and the headliner was sagging - I had to leave the vehicle with them until those things are restored. The service advisor was very professional, courteous and helpful. She is very easy to work with - this is not her fault but the technicians that worked on the vehicle. The vehicle is still with them and will revisit this review upon delivery. More
