This is my second lease and I plan on having a standing date every 36-months. Impeccable customer service, immaculate facility, and the most stress-free leasing/buying experience. What I appreciate so much is the leasing experience from 2020 was identical to 2022. They have a congruent business practice, and very little attrition. That helps in delivering a consistent product and customer experience. Dale and Ace do everything they can to earn your business, they are not pushy, nor do they pressure. Frank made financing a breeze. As a female going into a car dealership, I have had plenty of bad experiences. Mercedes-Benz of North Houston erased those bad experiences and restored my faith in car dealerships. The Mercedes-Benz product sells itself and you definitely get what you pay for. This is my forever dealership. More

I loved how my service advisor, Yamileth helped me get my car repaired at this dealership on 1960 & 45 North. My car was fixed there on the issue of oil pan leak & engine leak as well as water pump & the coolant of my Mercedes Benz S550.
