My experience yesterday was with the service department. I cannot speak too highly of Carlos Trevino, my service person. I’m 89 years old; I drive a 2014 E 350 and I need this car to last. Since I moved to I cannot speak too highly of Carlos Trevino, my service person. I’m 89 years old; I drive a 2014 E 350 and I need this car to last. Since I moved to this area, Carlos has been that person. I trust him. The service area is well staffed, competent, friendly and helpful. Recommend them highly. More

WORST customer service, took my Mercedes in for service, had us waiting outside in the heat while they do paper work, never once offer for us to go inside! Incompetence all around. Still waiting on my plates after 3 months. They forgot to file the paperwork.
