Would not recommend.. went in looking for an e class.. found a potential vehicle that would work for. Left came back to begin the next process of buying… have bought many cars here over the years and thin found a potential vehicle that would work for. Decided to price check and called a friend over at Mercedes Benz of the woodlands and found a deal that would better suit me. Told the guys here that I was going in a different direction. They then called my honesty out which is ridiculous. There is no incentive to buy a car here with the “no hassle” negotiating.. even made a joke about getting a hat with the car which I always do and they had to try to see if the margins would allow it. Car buying is a losing situation but a necessity. You want to feel like you at least won something. Will never be back and will move my relationship to Mercedes of the Woodlands. More

None of my concerns were addressed and I’m wondering if a service was performed on my car at all. I heard something in the suspension when I dropped my car off and I still hear it today. There was also a rat service was performed on my car at all. I heard something in the suspension when I dropped my car off and I still hear it today. There was also a rattle sound in the sunroof that is still happening today. The car was not cleaned on the outside nor on the inside. When I arrived it was difficult for the service members to locate my vehicle. Just an overall bad experience. More
