Getting the appointment was easy, Service Rep very helpful but had to request they revisit history to avoid recommended transmission service that had already been performed. The service lady did what she could to help however I can’t sit here and lie. When I picked up the loaner it was filthy and full of marijuana, it also kept displaying that service was needed and of cours can’t sit here and lie. When I picked up the loaner it was filthy and full of marijuana, it also kept displaying that service was needed and of course that’s not a way to get a customer in a loaner. The second loaner was about the same, dusty, and dirty they said it was put through washer twice but it was still dirty. When I picked up my vehicle I was advised it was in the washer. Well my vehicle was dusty and it was only cleaned outside of the vehicle not inside. Would o come back and or recommend this location? Probably not the only thing positive was the lady who took cared of me. She tried her best but it wasn’t enough. More
