Outstanding Customer Service Tony and his crew did an exceptional job. I was greeted promptly, briefed on my requested service. Tony gave me an estimate. I was out in less than 25 minutes. WOW. I then received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was promptly greeted and was giving a breakdown on my vehicle. All this in less than 20 minutes. My car was washed and dried. What an experience. More

He also had my car ready to be returned to me at the time he had scheduled. He was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and courteous regarding the service that needed to be done on my car. In addition, all of the service staff members who assisted me were highly professional and helpful. Also, while I was at the shop, and since I may purchase another car in the near future, I inquired about, what Mercedes-Benz of Jackson had available. Salesman Chauncey Robbins was so helpful about giving me valuable information. I was truly impressed at the available options. You see, I purchased my first Benz in early 2001 or 2002, and would like to continue the relationship if possible, because of the great service I have received thru the years. Service Manager Tommy Desper has always been approachable and dependable when service was needed. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Jackson, you exceed expectations! More

Recent visit for service Everything was great as related to staff courtesy and the use of a loaner vehicle. My only problem with the visit was that I drove about 235 miles round trip for the service and the main issue I brought the car in for was not resolved..............you did not have the part in stock to fix the problem with my emergency brakes. So I will be making another trip back when the part comes in to finish the service. More
