Once we found a wrecker service that could get us to this dealer, Michael worked late waiting on us to arrive on the wrecker to make certain all was taken care of. He arranged a loaner vehicle as well. Later in the week Brittany took charge of the repairs and service needed and kept us informed, in our neighboring state, of the progress being made. Sprinter Tech Steve took time to explain details that I needed to know about our vehicle which was most helpful. The staff and service teams could not have been more helpful and took time to answer many questions and to make sure we were satisfied.
