Always makes sure I'm happy My latest visit to the dealership was interesting. If it wasn't for Patrick Bolden I probably would have left being a little annoyed but Patrick made My latest visit to the dealership was interesting. If it wasn't for Patrick Bolden I probably would have left being a little annoyed but Patrick made sure I was happy with everything. I brought my car in for the service B. He helped me understand exactly what I'd be paying for with my service. He was very detailed. We decided on which services I would get for the day and within an hour or so, my car was returned back to me. When I got ready to drive off, the car was making a noise after pressing the breaks and Patrick ran back out to stop me and said, "Ms. Smith, please let me get this back to the technician right away before you leave." I didn't know what was going on at first and all I could think was something is about to cost me more money and more time. Within minutes, Patrick was back to fill me in on the issue. The technician was having issues with a certain piece of equipment but they had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and I was off again. Before I left, Patrick asked to ride with me on a test drive to ensure it was working properly again. He even offered for me to bring my car back in for a free wash for my inconvenience. THAT'S SERVICE. He was patient and kind and I appreciate the extra mile to make sure I was safe. Please thank Patrick for providing the best customer service I've received to date! More
