Setting up the appointment online with a loaner was computer friendly and simple to do. The guys outside directed me through my parking. I was impressed with the level of service that I recieved from Kevin, he arranged a loaner car while my repair was being made. They played no games and gave me a price IN ADVANCE of price (I know because of 3 months of constant research) and the correct trade in value (same). They played no games and gave me a price IN ADVANCE of my trip to the dealer and, based upon my emailed photos, gave me a trade-in value IN ADVANCE that they honored once they could see the vehicle in person. Offered me the standard F&I (Finance and Insurance) extended warranty and enhancement options that I declined without any pressure.
