We had a light come on on our Metris and had our three grand children for a week at Pigeon Forge. James Cox made an appointment and gave us a loaner. The service was great and they ordered the part we needed. We have continued to use them for service. Everything has always been over the top at this dealer. More
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here when I first was looking for a car & the salesperson I worked with completely ignored everything I said I was looking for in a car & kept trying to push me first was looking for a car & the salesperson I worked with completely ignored everything I said I was looking for in a car & kept trying to push me into leasing an SUV even though I repeatedly told him I wanted to OWN a used car & listed specifics on what I wanted (which wasn't an SUV). After I gave up on buying a car from them, I found exactly what I was looking for at a different retailer, but had to come back to Mercedes of Knoxville when I needed body work done after a collision (my normal service provider was unable to do bodywork & I couldn't find anywhere else that was willing to do it). I had filed an insurance claim & Mercedes ended up dealing with my insurance provider without running anything by me first which I found highly frustrating. I feel that if work is being done on MY car, that I should be informed & have at least some sort of say in the process. Leaving me out felt disrespectful to me. It also took them longer than they had originally told me to get my car back up & running. I recently chose to give Mercedes of Knoxville one last chance due to a friend recommending them, but I'm yet again frustrated & disappointed with this company. I towed my car to their lot after hours because I had two flat tires & damaged rims. I was hoping it'd be quicker to take my car here instead of my normal provider because I hoped they'd have rims in stock, but that wasn't the case. They had my car for at least four business days, yet they still haven't ordered any of the parts needed & I keep being quoted different prices & no one has been contacting me, I've had to keep blowing their phones up trying to figure out what is going on with my car. I was originally told on Tuesday that I'd have my car back by Friday, but it's Thursday & still nothing has been ordered. This is costing me an extra week for the rental car I got & a LOT of frustration trying to figure out what is going on with my car, what would everything cost, when would I get it back, etc. I'm finally giving up & having it towed to Bearden Benz Repair where the customer service is stellar & I KNOW I will be taken care of because Mercedes of Knoxville has only wasted my time & my money. They're absolutely useless! More

We have purchased several Mercedes in last few years and have given them a shot each time but their prices are always much higher and sales people were very “Salesy”. We then took our cars there to be serviced and their customer service and knowledge is very poor! (People at desk anyways) Service Department acts like they are doing you a favor by being there! I usually dont write reviews but after the 10th time getting same type of service i decided to. We also have a Jag and have had BMW and always impressed with the knowledge their service departments have along with great customer service! My husband is driving his car to a dealership an hour away to avoid going here! More
I have always had a theory in life that maybe people treat you in the manner they do maybe because they are having a bad day but these folks have a new twist in being rude. The service manager who happens to be a lady (for being polite I use the term) was at best a liar, condescending and very much not fit for the job. I don't know why Mercedes of Knoxville appointed a Dracula in charge of the blood bank. I had another Mercedes and sold it and I had had a bad experience with them before and I thought maybe they are just too overwhelmed but I own a business and we are extremely upfront with cost and write down all our conversations so that we remember what we said but both the service adviser as well as the manager were super rude and not remembering what they told the customer. There is more to the story but I won't bore you but if you do a Google search you will find a mechanic less than three miles away from them that I found them on the internet and after telling them what happened at Mercedes Jarek the father and Mike the son simultaneously said that Mercedes Benz Dealership is their best advertiser and with that said I have nothing else to say. I have been bringing my car to these folks a few times and they are as honest and upfront as I have ever seen. More
