From the greeting I received when entering the dealership, up until I drove away in a Mercedes Benz for the very first time in my life, the entire team was awesome to deal with! Everyone I encountered, even those employees that had nothing to do with my purchase, offered a cheery hello and their willingness to help. It didn't seem to me, that the salesmen were competing against one another, but rather all members of their team seemed to be working towards the same end goal of customer satisfaction. However, the 3 team members I dealt with directly, Salesman James Lewis, Finance Manager Ray Alvarado, and Travis Kost Sales Manager all seemed to be in tune as much with my personal needs while shopping for a vehicle as their desire to sell me a vehicle. Even after the sale, MY team was completely approachable, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. So much so that I stopped by with coffee and donuts to share a cup with them to express my complete satisfaction and gratitude. I am already looking forward to my next new MB purchase(in a few years) at Mercedes Benz of the Lehigh Valley.
