Without question this has been one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences my family and I have experienced. Our sales associate Jacob O’Brien went above and beyond what would be expected from a salesperson. Every aspect of the transaction was thoughtfully explained and transparent. He provided his undivided attention from the initial introduction to my driving off with our new GLE. There was a follow up call from Jake the next day and his reassurance that he is there for whatever reason down the road. I also had the pleasure to work with Travis Kost, the sales manager. He too provided the comfort and assurance needed when making a major purchase. Donato, the finance manager, was helpful in offering us any packages we may be interested in to protect our new vehicle. He too was transparent and not at all pushy. Finally, if stepping into Mercedes-Benz of Lehigh Valley, please ask for Jake, you wouldn’t be disappointed. I live over 1 1/2 hours away and in retrospect, it was well worth the drive. More
