When I call for an appointment Rick Spanitz Service Advisor call me back as soon as he can. Sets me up with a car because I have a 45 minute drive which helps me out if my car needs special attention . Advisor call me back as soon as he can. My service expert at the Mercedes dealership was Juan, was absolutely wonderful, he was so nice to me on the phone, calling and explaining what was required every step of the way. Then I had a rental to was absolutely wonderful, he was so nice to me on the phone, calling and explaining what was required every step of the way. Then I had a rental to return, he had me drop it off and even coordinated pick up from the rental company so I would not be late for work!
