They have to know he is mean or maybe they don't care or there mean and disrespectful as well. We will spread the word not to do business here. Mercedes Benz stands for Luxury and he (Brady Purifoy) is not. The way my wife felt words can't express. I never go to this dealership. I recently have an appointment to purchase a car and when I reach the dealership they told me the car is not available. I confirm the dealership before leaving the home appointment to purchase a car and when I reach the dealership they told me the car is not available. I confirm the dealership before leaving the home because I have to drive 2 hours to the location. The car was available at the dealership but the sales representative told me it's not available and show me and my family attitude and walk off. After taking to manager the car was available. So basically this dealership is trying to play with the customer and have one of the worst sales representatives. More
Our 2016 Sprinter motorhome was subject to the Mercedes diesel emission recall. It is a 3 1/2 hour drive for us to go to Bentonville and previous air bag recalls had not been very positive experiences. And diesel emission recall. It is a 3 1/2 hour drive for us to go to Bentonville and previous air bag recalls had not been very positive experiences. And there are stories on the internet that this recall is taking over two weeks. But we were fortunate. Service Manager Patrick took care of all the details of the recall and got everything accomplished in just three days. And the motor home drives as great as always and fuel economy remains 15-16 mpg.
