I would definitely recommend Dennis Opperman as a service advisor. He is customer focused, respectful, responsive, and very nice to deal with. I own 2 Mercedes, a 2001 SL500 and a 2014 SL550. The service was so good that when I bought the 2014 SL550, I went to Contemporary to buy the extended warranty. Surprisingly, the Mercedes extended Warranty did not cover my massage seats. Not sure why that was, but Dennis Warrantied the parts. He is always a pleasure to deal with. I drive an hour to have my cars sericed, even though there is a dealer closer to me. More
