Outstanding SUV purchase expereince - Purchased a Certified Pre-owned GLB 4-matic SUV from Franck Cantave. Frank was very accomodating, friendly and knowledge about the MB SUV's. I was provided a v Certified Pre-owned GLB 4-matic SUV from Franck Cantave. Frank was very accomodating, friendly and knowledge about the MB SUV's. I was provided a very fair offer for my VW SUV trade-in and was provided a loaner suv for a minor repair for a ding I noticed during my inspection of the SUV before taking delivery. Also had a excellent experince working with Mara , the Finance Manager who answered all my questions regarding factory extended warranties and guidance regarding cost of future MB repairs vs, cost of a protection plan. Highly recommend dealing with Franck and Mara when I am ready to buy my next MB for my other family members ! Overall, a five star buying experience ! More
