We were greeted at the dealer in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. The sales person, Jonathan Paciello, was very professional and friendly. When we returned to the dealership he took his time to explain all of our financing options, and worked the costs a number of ways. This gave us the best prospective on how we could lease the car. We did not intend to lease a car that day, we were just exploring various makes and models. After our conversation with Jonathan my wife and I agreed that the CLA was the car we wanted. We leased the car and picked it up the next day. Jonathan sat with us and explained all of the features and controls, taking his time to make sure we understood each item. Also the roses was a nice touch, my wife loved them. Jonathan called the next day to see how we liked the car, love it. We would highly recommend Contemporary Motor Cars and Jonathan Paciello. More

Two years to the date I leased a C300 sadan from Comptemorary Motors in Little Silver. I hold in my hands five documents for repairs done to the car. They have replaced a seat belt, brake pads, the belts and have replaced a generator pully. This was a brand new car and it has caused me nothing but aggreviation and frustration. The latest inccident was three weeks ago, I bought the car in due to severe noise that sounded like chains on my tires. They kept the car two days (which seems to be the normal)for them. All three belts were replaced, a week ago the noise returned. When I called they referred me to their service manager who told me that they are having trouble with some C300 and assured me that the car was safe to drive. This was their answer. I have driven more loaner cars than my own car. the best part is that my lease is up in three months and if you don't lease another car with them they will charge you $595.00 for not renewing the lease. I don't think the owner of Contemporary Motors would lease or buy a car from his own dealership, if he went through the inconvenience I went through. And I will dispute this tooth and nail. In conclusion I thought having a Mercedes Bentz would the best expeience and instread it's been a horrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone. More

I knew what I wanted and had shopped a bit before visiting this dealership. When I walked in and was greeted by Joe, he made me feel very relaxed and no high pressure like other dealers had. I expl visiting this dealership. When I walked in and was greeted by Joe, he made me feel very relaxed and no high pressure like other dealers had. I explained the car I wanted (e350) and not only did he take the time to figure out which options were important to me, but found a car better equipped at a better price than NJ's "superstore". I have since sent several colleagues,friends and family to Joe because he makes us all feel like family. Every single person I have referred has the same impression and he continues to go above and beyond to make the whole buying process as well as service issues extremely smooth. I also commend Todd in Finance who was very professional and worked on some credit issues for a family member who wound up getting a better rate than expected which was nice. This dealership is so different then the highway stores and I highly recommend Joe and his team. Won't think of going anywhere else. More

He took his time and showed me all the possibilities that I may have overlooked. I ended up leasing a brand new car at a reasonable price and term. The extra attention to detail was appreciated. At pick up time, a dozen roses were waiting for my wife and a gift certificate to a local portrait studio was presented to us. This was unexpected and over the top as their customer service had already exceeded any other dealer we had visited. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to any and all and I feel like I have become a lifelong customer. Kudos to a dealership that gets it right!! More
