He explained the various models and answered our questions about the car and financing with straight forward answers. The delivery of the vehicle was also done in a very professional manner. The delivery expert carefully explained and demonstrated all of the car's equipment and programmed our cellphones for the Bluetooth feature. The Insurance and Finance Manager had the paperwork prepared correctly and carefully explained each document to us. Mr. Todd Johnson, finance manager guided us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Mr. Richard Lordi gave us an update of all the technology, as assisted by Mr. Griffin Hall, when he assisted with our 2015 S550 earlier in the year. Of course, principles Mr. Scott Coleman and Mr. Alan Sokel greeted us with true enthusiasm. After 15 cars in the past 5 years from Contemporary, may they continue with great performance and customer satisfaction.We have never had such enthusiasm for a car dealership.
