Although it was my first time meeting Randi @ Mercedes of Little Silver, I have been a client of the previous owners of the dealership which was Contemporary Motor Cars of Little Silver (since 1994). Randi was an OUTSTANDING Service Rep and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with her and discussing many things - my car's service, which required much maintenance (as I had a tiny rodent living in my engine...ouch) but also needed more work. Randi was thorough in her explanation of what was needed and kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on with the service and explained the additional repairs that were need. As I said, even though it was my first time dealing with Randi I was totally impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and most of all friendliness, and her sincerity. Randi had everything you could have needed in a Service Representative. More

Being a non-technical person I generally have difficulty understanding the plethora of information systems. In the past, at other dealerships, it would require my making 2-3 visits to the dealership to gain this knowledge and control. However, this time my experience was different. Zach, the sales/technical individual who assisted me, was extremely patient, explaining the auto's systems and answering my questions in an easy, unhurried, yet very informative manner. Thanks to Zach I now feel in full control of the varied systems and do not need to make another visit. More
Typical used car dealer practices. Lots of stories and excuses but never the truth. It take me a great deal of work to get an answer as to what happened to my car. The story kept changing and when I would point out that their story was inaccurate they'd just lie and make up a new story. More

I rate Robert Murath, the Service Advisor, and his staff as one of the best. I brought my C-Class C300W4 vehicle for major service. I would definitely recommend Dennis Opperman as a service advisor. He is customer focused, respectful, responsive, and very nice to deal with. I own 2 Mercedes, a 2001 SL500 and a 2014 SL550. I did not bu advisor. He is customer focused, respectful, responsive, and very nice to deal with. I own 2 Mercedes, a 2001 SL500 and a 2014 SL550. I did not buy either car at Contemporary. The service was so good that when I bought the 2014 SL550, I went to Contemporary to buy the extended warranty. Surprisingly, the Mercedes extended Warranty did not cover my massage seats. Not sure why that was, but Dennis Warrantied the parts. He is always a pleasure to deal with. I drive an hour to have my cars sericed, even though there is a dealer closer to me. More
