There was an issue that was brought up this weekend during regular service that, in my opinion, raised concerns with the CPO. I am extremely impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved once I raised the concern. Tucker was immediately responsive and resolved my issue- as well as discussed potential impacts for the future and how we would handle them. I know a lot of families were concerned with the change of ownership but they won my family over with their responsiveness in this situation. More
